About the Recipe

Simple and easy to make, Sour and sweet cockle salad to whet your appetite.



Ingredients

  • Steamed cockle meat

  • Cucumber

  • Onion

  • Perilla leaves

  • Fish soy sauce

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Vinegar

  • Sugar

  • Green oinions

  • Minced garlic

  • Sesame oil, Perilla seeds

  • Korean spring vegetables (optional)

Preparation

Step1 

Lightly blanch the cockle meat and drain the water.


Step2 

Mix all the seasoning ingredients together to make the marinade.


Step3  

Slice the cucumber, onion, and perilla leaves finely, then 

combine them with the cockles and seasoning mixture.


Step4  

Add Korean spring vegetables, sesame oil, chives, and perilla 

seeds as desired, then mix and enjoy!
