  • What should I do if there is a mistake on the receipt?
    If there is an error due to an A-mart employee's mistake, please bring the receipt and visit the customer service center where the issue can be corrected immediately. We apologize for the error and will re-train the staff to prevent calculation errors in the future.
  • A few days after purchasing an item at A-Mart, a promotion took place that lowered the price of the item. Can I get a refund for the price difference?
    A-Mart holds various events throughout the year for different items. Since these are special event prices, refunds for the price difference on items already purchased are not available.
  • What should I do if the purchased product has expired?
    In the rare case that you purchase an expired product, please report it immediately to the store's customer service center, and we will promptly remove the item from the shelves. We sincerely apologize and will gladly offer a refund or exchange for the product.
  • Can I return or exchange a product purchased at another A-Mart store in the same area?
    Refunds and exchanges are only possible at the A-Mart store where the product was purchased.
  • Can I return or exchange a product without a receipt?
    Returns or exchanges are not possible without the original receipt. If you need further assistance, please visit the A-Mart where you made the purchase, or contact the customer service center via phone or email.
  • How can I return or exchange groceries?
    For general items: Please bring the product and the original receipt to the customer service center of the A-Mart where you made the purchase within 7 days. If you are unable to return the product within 7 days, please contact the store customer service center in advance so that they can record your information and process the return during your next visit. For refrigerated/frozen items (including vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, milk, ice cream, and frozen foods): Please bring the product and the original receipt to the A-Mart customer service center within 24 hours of purchase. If you're unable to return the item within 24 hours, please call the store customer service center in advance and ensure the product is properly stored to prevent spoilage.
  • How can I return or exchange electronic/electrical products?
    If you find a defect in the product within 14 days of purchase, please bring the item, its accessories, and the original receipt to the store where you made the purchase. If a defect is found after 14 days, please contact the manufacturer.
