If there is an error due to an A-mart employee's mistake, please bring the receipt and visit the customer service center where the issue can be corrected immediately. We apologize for the error and will re-train the staff to prevent calculation errors in the future.
A-Mart holds various events throughout the year for different items. Since these are special event prices, refunds for the price difference on items already purchased are not available.
In the rare case that you purchase an expired product, please report it immediately to the store's customer service center, and we will promptly remove the item from the shelves. We sincerely apologize and will gladly offer a refund or exchange for the product.
